20/25 + 12/16 is 31/20.

Steps for adding fractions

  1. Find the least common denominator or LCM of the two denominators:
    LCM of 25 and 16 is 400
  2. For the 1st fraction, since 25 × 16 = 400,

  4. Add the two fractions:
