Steps for adding fractions

6/10 = 6 × 3/10 × 3 = 18/30 - Likewise, for the 2nd fraction, since 6 × 5 = 30,
2/6 = 2 × 5/6 × 5 = 10/30 - Add the two like fractions:
18/30 + 10/30 = 18 + 10/30 = 28/30 - 28/30 simplified gives 14/15
- So, 6/10 + 2/6 = 14/15
