Steps for adding fractions

6/18 = 6 × 5/18 × 5 = 30/90 - Likewise, for the 2nd fraction, since 15 × 6 = 90,
3/15 = 3 × 6/15 × 6 = 18/90 - Add the two like fractions:
30/90 + 18/90 = 30 + 18/90 = 48/90 - 48/90 simplified gives 8/15
- So, 6/18 + 3/15 = 8/15
