   10/3 = 10 × 7/3 × 7 = 70/21
3. Likewise, for the 2nd fraction, since 7 × 3 = 21,
   8/7 = 8 × 3/7 × 3 = 24/21
4. Since the denominators are now the same, the fraction with the bigger numerator is the greater fraction
5. 70/21 > 24/21 or 10/3 > 8/7
