  3. Likewise, for the 2nd fraction, since 15 × 8 = 120,
    36/15 = 36 × 8/15 × 8 = 288/120
  4. Since the denominators are now the same, the fraction with the bigger numerator is the greater fraction
  5. 150/120 < 288/120 or 10/8 < 36/15
