    20/15 = 20 × 16/15 × 16 = 320/240
  3. Likewise, for the 2nd fraction, since 16 × 15 = 240,
    4/16 = 4 × 15/16 × 15 = 60/240
  4. Since the denominators are now the same, the fraction with the bigger numerator is the greater fraction
  5. 320/240 > 60/240 or 20/15 > 4/16
