   30/10 = 30 × 2/10 × 2 = 60/20
3. Likewise, for the 2nd fraction, since 4 × 5 = 20,
   16/4 = 16 × 5/4 × 5 = 80/20
4. Since the denominators are now the same, the fraction with the bigger numerator is the greater fraction
5. 60/20 < 80/20 or 30/10 < 16/4
