- Find the least common denominator or LCM of the two denominators:

65 = 6 × 25 × 2 = 1210 - Likewise, for the 2nd fraction, since 10 × 1 = 10,
510 = 5 × 110 × 1 = 510 - Since the denominators are now the same, the fraction with the bigger numerator is the greater fraction
